To upload files:
when making a post (posting a message), you will see a list of icons above the text box, starting with B i U... The two right-most icons (the camera with arrow and the disc) refer to 'upload image' and 'upload file' respectively.
When you upload a file using "New Post" or "Reply to Post" it will exist on the Internet. It will therefere be referrable.
It's address will be:
http://www.mylara.com/gopmuploads/yourfile
To then enter a link to this file follow the instructions appearing under the fourth icon along the top of the frame, ie the one with a bent upward arrow. This will provide the link from the wording you provide.
PLEASE: DO NOT UPLOAD FILES OF SIZE GREATER THAN 150kb.
