Members may be aware that to aid the application of theory to practice in respect of the PRINCE2 project management methodology one option is to use a board game. An example on the internet is described below;

What I thought may be helpful is to consider if such approach could be considered for potential feasibility. In the first instance I thought it would be prudent to derive the objective of such feasibility. I offer the following for critique/comment;

Step 1 - Objective, development of a board game not dissimilar to the above but with emphasis upon effectiveness and efficiency of project management operations implementation.

Step 2 - Consider whom should be the target market for such game. I thought in the first instance it could be helpful for trainers to influence those responsible for the governance of project management using the PRINCE2 project management methodology.

Step 3 - Consider to create a pilot scheme for circa two industries only.

Step 4 - Trial implementation in the UK.

Step 5 - Evaluation and Analysis report to GoPM Committee.

Step 6 - Decision whether to proceed for next stage of development or cease.

It's just an idea, hope it appeals.
